In order to meet the demand for workers in the BPO/SSC sector, Work Permit Pro was founded in 2016. Both internal HR resources and conventional recruitment techniques utilized by recruitment agencies were ineffective. The first assignment we worked on entailed finding applicants who could speak German. Then, we employed "ambassadors" to advertise the employment offer at colleges. The process was changed to be entirely remote as the next step. That's how Work Permit Pro began using remote recruiters, and crowdstaffing was introduced. It immediately established itself as the top recruiting strategy available. Currently, we deal with over 200 remote and worldwide professional recruiters, and our community is expanding.
